1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Morrow (the "App"), our website at morrowwallpapers.com, or any associated digital services provided by Circuit & Moss Labs ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
2. Wallpaper License & Permitted Usage
All curated artworks, daily drops, procedural compositions, audio narrations, and aesthetic assets delivered through Morrow are protected by international copyright laws.
- Personal License: We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to view, download, and apply wallpapers to your personal devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops, external monitors).
- Prohibited Uses: You may not sell, sublicense, distribute, repackage, or mint as non-fungible tokens (NFTs) any curated artwork or procedural engine output without prior written authorization from Circuit & Moss Labs.
3. Freemium Model, Advertising & Morrow Pro Subscriptions
Morrow operates on a freemium model. A free tier is provided with daily curated drops and limited features, supported by advertisements (such as optional rewarded video ads to unlock alternate daily visions). Morrow also offers optional premium membership tiers ("Morrow Pro") providing a 100% ad-free experience across the entire application, unlimited uncompressed 4K exports, complete archive access, and the full procedural preset catalog:
- Billing: Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play and charged to your respective store account upon confirmation of purchase.
- Free Trial: Select plans (such as Annual Pro) may include a 5-day free trial. If not canceled at least 24 hours prior to trial expiration, the plan renews automatically at the specified rate.
- Automatic Renewal & Cancellation: Subscriptions renew automatically unless turned off in your Apple ID or Google Play Subscriptions settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
- Lifetime Access: Lifetime purchase options grant perpetual access to all Morrow Pro features without recurring renewals.
4. Procedural Canvas & Generated Creations
You retain rights to the procedural parameter configurations and recipes you compose in the Create studio for personal digital expression. We retain ownership of the underlying rendering engine, mathematical shaders, and procedural algorithms.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Morrow is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for flawless 60fps rendering and prompt daily 8:00 AM curations, we make no express or implied warranties that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
